There was a time you back up everything on your computer disks. Today, when a sound or graphics file could well be a record, it would be difficult to back up your documents, including floppy disks, not to mention their applications. Fortunately, there are better options, including Zip drives, CD burners, tape drives and external hard drives. You can also compress files backup to take up less space.
