10 Percent Job Stress Triggered Stroke Cases

Be careful with the stress of work that occurs continuously. A recent study in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine showed that psychological stress caused by work can increase the risk of stroke 1.4 times in men of middle and upper economic circles.

If counted, about 10 percent of stroke cases in this study have been associated with mental stress on the job.
